The Azerbaijan State Translation Centre has published a collection of poems  “The Lonely Centaur” dedicated to the 70th Anniversary of the notable Azerbaijani poet and author of books, such as “Colourful Shadows”, “Centaur”, “When Rivers Overflow”, “The Last Pray”, “Bathed in Sweat”, Alisamid Kur. He was awarded the Turkish Poetry Prize "Golden Wreath" (Antalya, 1992), the Poetry Prize of "Vector" Science Centre (2003), the literary prize of the International Academy of Sciences of the Turkic World "For Merit to Turkish Literature" (Ankara, 2014).

In addition to the poet’s verses, the book includes words of such well-known scientists, art and culture figures as Arif Malikov, Bakhtiyar Vahabzade, Mammad Araz, Khalil Rza Uluturk, Elchin, Nusrat Kasamanli, Ramiz Rovshan, Vagif Samadoghlu, Nizami Jafarov about the poet’s personality and creativity, as well as a photo gallery reflecting different periods of his life.
