Salam Sarvan’s Poetry Appears in Ukrainian
Kyiv-based reputable publisher Sammit-kniqa has published The World Is So Shallow to Drown in It by Azerbaijan’s poet Salam Sarvan.
The collection in Ukrainian translation includes more than 100 poems, including Don’t Be Bored It Wouldn’t Come Right, Our Bed Is a River Bed, Became Tired and Fall in Love With Me, Rope-Walker, to name just a few.
The translator and author of the foreword to the book is Lesya Mudrak, Ukraine’s popular poet and public figure, and a winner of the International Poetry Festival.

The Azerbaijan State Translation Centre has published a voluminous book “The Classification of Words Extracted from “The Spelling Dictionary of the Azerbaijani Language”
