AzTC Publishes Adolfo Bioy Casares's La Invención de Morel
For the first time ever in Azerbaijan, the novella "The Invention of Morel" by Adolfo Bioy Casares has been published, as part of a common initiative between the Translation Centre under the Cabinet of Ministers (AzTC) and the Embassy of Argentine to Azerbaijan. The book was translated from Spanish into Azerbaijani under the auspices of the program 'Sur (South)' by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship of Argentine.
Adolfo Bioy Casares, in due time, along with Jorge Luis Borges, the famous Argentine writer, radically changed Hispanic literature, and he won the Cervantes Prize in Literature in 1990.
The book has been translated into Azerbaijani by Emin Alasgarov.
The project was launched in June 2015.
