The Translation Centre under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic (AzTC) is pleased to announce that it has published "Yeni Söz", a literary almanac, highlighting creative works by young persons.

The book includes rhymes and short stories by Azerbaijan's talented young writers that have been engaged in literary creativity from late 1999 to date.

This new edition is intended as a contribution to Azerbaijan's contemporary literature, thus promoting talented young writers across the country. And it is planned to translate their works into different languages to promote Azerbaijani literature worldwide.     

Asad Jahangir is the writer of the foreword to the collection.
