Selected Works by Ernest Hemingway is Out
The Azerbaijan State Translation Centre (AzSTC) is pleased to announce about the publication of “Selected Works” by Ernest Hemingway, a world-famous American writer and a Nobel Prize winner, as part of a 150-volume series “Pearls of World Literature.”
The foreword is entitled as “Ernest Hemingway – strokes from the writer’s life and creativity.” The book includes the author’s famous novella “The Old Man and the Sea”, novel “To Have and Have Not”, short stories such as “The Undefeated”, “The Killer”, “In Another Country”, “Hills Like White Elephants”, “A Pursuit Race” from the series of “Men without Women” and a memoir “A Moveable Feast.”
The authors of the translation are notable literary translators Manaf Suleymanov, Mahir N. Garayev and Tavakkul Zeynalov.
The copies of the edition will be available one of these days at one of the many bookstore locations listed below in the coming days:
