Georgian Literature Portal Shares Isa Ismailzade’s Verses
Axali saunce (The New Treasury), a crowd-pleasing Georgian literature portal, has posted in Georgian verses “I am a Thermos Glass”, “Let Me Mix Night and Day with Each Other” and “You are Going to See...” by Isa Ismailzade, a notable Azerbaijani poet, as part of the AzSTC project “Azerbaijan Literature in an International Virtual World.” The portal also provides detailed information on the writer.
The translator of the verses into Georgian is Imir Mammadli, a popular poet and translator.
Axali saunce, e-portal financed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of the Republic of Georgia, regularly publishes works by world-famous writers and poets, such as Charles Dickens, Vladimir Mayakovsky, Velimir Khlebnikov, Harold Pinter, Roland Barthes, Olga Tokarchuk, Italo Calvino, Jay Hopler, to name a few.
